The Construction Leadership Council launched its CO2nstruct Zero programme at COP26, with associated measures to track carbon reduction activities, and challenge the industry to improve in nine key areas covering transport, buildings and construction activity.
At its first annual review, the programme was pleased to celebrate the work of its 200+ supporting Business Champions and Partners through four awards.
The ECA was awarded the Business Partner of 2022, exemplifying the values and ethos of CO2nstruct Zero through engagement and influence. Through Leading the Charge, the ECA demonstrated extensive engagement and reach to new audiences, in a topic that is not routine for their area of work.
